Return Policy

At Custom Printed Swag, we take pride in the quality of our custom merchandise. Because our products are uniquely manufactured for each customer, we have a specific set of guidelines for returns and replacements.

1. Return Procedure

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase—whether the item is defective, damaged during transit, or simply does not meet the expectations set by the approved proof—you may request a review by following these steps:

  • Email Us: Send images of the product along with your order number to support@customprintedswag.com. Please include a short description of the issue.

  • Response Time: Our support representative will reach out to you within 24–48 hours to discuss a resolution.

  • Verification: Once we verify the error or defect, we will initiate a remake of the product at no additional cost to you.

2. Return Window

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a complaint or claim regarding their order.

  • If an error is confirmed, we will prioritize a redo of the order exactly as originally requested (no changes to artwork or product type allowed for remakes).

3. Refund Method

  • Remake First: Our primary policy is to replace defective items with a new, corrected production run.

  • Refunds: If a remake is not possible or cannot be completed in a timely manner, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Responsibility: To claim a full refund or replacement, the customer may be required to return the defective items.

  • Cost: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs for returns via ground shipping unless the error was solely on our production end.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that because our swag is custom-made:

  • We cannot accept returns for “Change of Mind” or if the customer provided incorrect artwork/information that was approved in the digital proof.

  • Items must be in their original condition and quantity to qualify for a full return review.
