Approval: For all custom printed items, a digital proof will be sent for your approval. Once you approve the proof, we are not responsible for any errors in spelling, graphics, or design.
Copyright: By submitting artwork or logos, you warrant that you have the legal right to use such designs. Custom Printed Swag reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright laws or contain offensive material.
2. Payments & Pricing
All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed upon in a formal quote.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice due to fluctuations in material costs or shipping rates.
3. Production & Shipping
Turnaround Time: Production times are estimates and start only after final proof approval and payment.
Shipping: While we strive to meet all deadlines, Custom Printed Swag is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is physically defective or the print differs significantly from the approved proof.
Claims: Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
